Get Started with PolyTalk Enterprise
Real-time translation of spoken conversations between languages — set up in minutes.

Account Setup
Before accessing PolyTalk, you'll receive an account activation email from the PolyTalk team.
Note —
Users can also register directly at app.polytalk.io by selecting
Continue Sign Up and Join the Waitlist. The PolyTalk team will review your request and share onboarding details for available trial programs.

Activate your account
Open the activation email and click the provided link to create your password.

Set your password
Follow the instructions on the activation page to set a secure password.

Sign in to PolyTalk
Once your password is created, access PolyTalk and sign in with your registered email and password.

Platform Access
PolyTalk is a web-based platform accessible from desktop and mobile browsers, including Chrome, Safari, and Edge.
Mobile Access —
When using PolyTalk on a mobile device, ensure microphone permissions are enabled for your browser. If microphone access was previously denied, enable microphone permissions for your browser in your device settings before restarting the session.
Note —
Screen Sharing is currently optimized for desktop browsers and may not be available on mobile devices.
Tip —
For the best experience, ensure your device is connected to a stable internet connection.

Microphone Access & Permissions
PolyTalk requires access to your device's microphone to enable real-time speech translation.
When prompted
- Click Allow when your browser requests microphone access
- If denied accidentally, refresh the page and try again
If not working
- Ensure your microphone is connected and working
- Verify mic access is enabled for your browser
- Reopen PolyTalk and allow access when prompted
- Refresh the page and restart the session

Source Language
Select the language you will be speaking.

Target Language
Select the language you want your speech translated into.

Swap Languages ⇄
Exchanges source and target languages instantly. English → French becomes French → English.

Session Title
Name your session to organize and identify conversations later.

Starts a live session — captures speech, converts to text, translates, and generates audio output in real time.

Screen Sharing
Translate audio from your computer or shared content during meetings and media playback.
