If you cannot access the PolyTalk Web App or Android App, you can request account deletion by contacting:

BizzAppDev Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Email: polytalk@bizzappdev.com

For security, we may require you to verify ownership of the account before processing an email-based deletion request.

The verification process may involve information or actions reasonably necessary to confirm that you are the account holder. The specific verification method may vary depending on the circumstances of the request.

Do not send your PolyTalk password by email.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you confirm account deletion through an authenticated PolyTalk product:

  • Your account is disabled.

  • Existing authenticated sessions are invalidated.

  • PolyTalk removes or de-identifies personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable retention requirements.

  • Your account can no longer be used to sign in.

  • Your original email address may subsequently be available for creating a new PolyTalk account.

  • Certain optional account preferences, such as custom instructions and custom service endpoints, are cleared where applicable.

Authenticated account deletion and associated personal-information removal or de-identification are normally processed immediately, typically within a few seconds.

If a required service is temporarily unavailable, deletion may enter a pending state and may require completion after the service is restored.

What Data Is Deleted or De-Identified?

PolyTalk removes or de-identifies personal information associated with the account, including, where applicable:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number/mobile number

  • Profile image

  • OAuth credentials or tokens

  • External provider identifiers

  • Other directly identifying account information

Commercial and legally required Odoo records may be retained under a non-identifying or anonymized customer identity where necessary for accounting, tax, legal, reconciliation, refund, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Certain optional account preferences may also be cleared where applicable.

Certain associated session, analytics, technical, security, and other records may continue to be retained for the applicable retention period and purposes described below.

Certain information may remain after account deletion where necessary for legitimate operational, security, accounting, financial, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

Session Records and Events

Session records and related events are removed from the user's account view when the account is deleted.

Depending on the applicable retention requirements and system processes, certain session records and events may continue to be retained for a limited period for operational, security, audit, or other legitimate purposes.

These records are handled in accordance with PolyTalk's applicable data-retention and deletion procedures.

Transcripts and Translations

Transcripts and translations associated with retained session records may remain until the applicable session or data-retention process removes them.

Generated Audio and Other Artifacts

Generated audio and other retained session artifacts may remain until the applicable artifact or session-retention process removes them.

Analytics / PostHog

PolyTalk uses self-hosted PostHog for product analytics.

Analytics events use randomly generated pseudonymous identifiers and do not intentionally include names, email addresses, or internal database IDs.

Historical analytics events may continue to be retained after account deletion in pseudonymous form for applicable analytics purposes. The associated pseudonymous analytics identifier is not currently erased or rotated as part of account deletion.

Analytics data therefore remains pseudonymous rather than fully anonymous.

  • Payment credentials

  • Purchase tokens

Retention Periods

Different categories of information have different retention requirements.

Temporary Audio

When session history is disabled, audio may be temporarily retained for approximately 10–20 minutes to complete processing and is then removed according to PolyTalk's processing procedures.

Session History

Session history is retained according to the user's selected history-storage and retention setting.

Available settings may include 7, 30, 90, or 365 days, depending on product configuration, or retention until deleted.

Other Retained Records

Accounting, tax, payment, security, dispute-resolution, analytics, session, artifact, and other records may be retained for the period appropriate to the applicable purpose, operational process, or legal requirement.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the system in which it is maintained.

We do not represent that all retained records are physically removed immediately following an account-deletion request where continued retention is necessary for the purposes described on this page.

Backup and Technical Copies

Deleted information may continue to exist temporarily in backups, snapshots, caches, indexes, archives, or other technical systems as part of normal operational, security, recovery, or legal processes.

Retention periods for these technical copies may vary depending on the system, type of information, and applicable operational or legal requirements.

Where information is retained in such systems, it is handled in accordance with the applicable retention and system-lifecycle procedures.

Email Deletion Requests

For account-deletion requests submitted by email, PolyTalk may require identity verification before processing the request.

We do not ask users to send their passwords by email.

Email-based deletion requests are processed according to the applicable account-verification and support procedures.

The time required to complete an email-based request may vary depending on the verification process and the nature of the request.

Google Play Subscriptions

Deleting your PolyTalk account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

If you have an active subscription purchased through Google Play, you must separately manage or cancel the subscription through Google Play to prevent future subscription charges, subject to Google's applicable subscription terms.

Uninstalling the PolyTalk App

Uninstalling the PolyTalk app from your device does not delete your PolyTalk account.

To delete your account and request removal or de-identification of associated personal information, please use one of the account-deletion methods described on this page.
